The moon and the stars

Tired of not being seen, three of the stars farthest from the constellation known as Alonso went to reproach the Moon. I was convinced that the natural satellite of the beautiful planet Earth was the one that prevented them from being seen and admired by humans. Thus, they stood in front of her and said. When you decide to be in your full phase you absorb our colors and when it gives you to be in a new phase, you prevent your brightness from reaching us. Because of your indecision, variability, and arrogance, we are not loved by humans like other sisters and our cousins, who rejoice the sad and lonely nights of many people.

Compassionate, the Moon explained that she was to blame for her misfortune. They were very small stars, which needed to grow more in order to be appreciated by the human eye. However, good as it was, the Moon gave them an alternative. He gave them a large mirror and told them how to use it to be able to see.The stars deeply thanked the Moon and have followed their advice until today. As if that were not enough, it gave them a name known to all, used to call the occurrence of that beautiful light that appears when the moon flickers.

The fox and the grapes

Once upon a time, there was a slut who was taking a break under a beautiful vineyard.Suddenly the guts of hunger sounded and he looked up, to discover a beautiful bunch of grapes hanging on one of the most beautiful plants. He thought that those grapes would be a splendid food not only to quench his appetite but also to savor something different, refreshing and exclusive. So the fox prepared to take the grapes, but there was a small problem. The cluster he wanted, and others equally beautiful, were too tall for him to reach them.He noticed it as soon as he made three jumps. As much as he tried, he was barely getting close.

Even when he looked for something to lean on and gain a little in height, he saw how all his effort was futile. He always stayed a few centimeters below, enough for the grapes to continue beautifying the plant and not quenching their appetite. After much trying the fox gave up. However, he noticed that a bird had watched the entire scene of his effort from afar. He did not like this, because he did not tolerate failure, much less be a talk of others, which is why he invented an excuse and told the bird.I tried hard to grab those grapes because I thought they were ripe and would be a delicious dish for an exclusive and refined palate like mine.

However, as I approached with my jumps I realized that they were not ripe, but green, so I no longer found the reason for it, because I am not interested in eating green grapes. Just for that, I stopped jumping. And in this way, with his pride on high, the fox turned his back on the bird and made his way, sure that he did not taste the grapes, not because of his lack of effort, but because they ceased to interest him and now.

The 4 elves

They say that there were once four goblins who had no other way of earning a living than going out every morning very early to fish. This was very bad for them because it was very difficult given their size, but they still put so much effort into it, that they always got the essentials to live. One day they were happy and fortune rewarded the sacrifice and effort with which they had faced life. Thus, in the morning, one of the four elves, the blue one, found a pair of beautiful birds that he built a nest and began to attend with the same care as he fished with. The birds and the blue goblin locked up such friendship, that the little creature would never know in his life what loneliness was and not having friends because the birds were always there for him.

That same day, another of the elves found a magic spoon, with which he could cook as much food as he wanted. Everything was rich, and to do it he didn’t need to buy food. Thanks to this finding the four goblins did not have to go fishing anymore, and they never went hungry. That is why they carefully took care of the spoon, especially those who had found it.Another elf, Antenitas, who was the woman, found the pair of her favorite boots, which she had lost many years ago in the sea, while fishing. With her beautiful footwear, Antenitas once again dazzled everyone with her beauty and good taste in dress and shoes, which is why she was always admired and pleased.

And finally, the fourth leprechaun, the thickest and most gluttonous, found a bug of light that illuminated the house every night, even in the darkest. That is why every day he took care of him and took a walk with care, just like his companions did with the rest of the belongings with which life had rewarded them for so much effort and hard work. For all this, the four goblins that fished were really happy for the rest of their days. His life lesson and what others learned from them is that fortune is a friend of perseverance, responsibility, and effort.
